Vereadores aprovam projetos de Lei para abertura de crédito suplementar

O Poder Legislativo de Itapiranga realizou na segunda-feira (25), a quarta Sessão Ordinária do ano da 16ª legislatura. Na pauta de votações, com pareceres favoráveis das comissões, dois projetos de Lei enviados à Casa Legislativa pelo Poder Executivo, ambos solicitando autorização para abertura de crédito adicional suplementar no orçamento vigente do município, por conta de superávit financeiro verificado no exercício anterior.

Inicialmente foi à discussão o projeto de Lei nº 05, que autoriza a abertura de crédito adicional no valor de R$ 57.520,18 para inserção de elementos de despesas no orçamento da secretaria municipal de Assistência Social, possibilitando a utilização na manutenção das atividades e a correta classificação dos recursos vinculados. Da mesma forma, o projeto de Lei nº 06, visa a abertura de crédito adicional suplementar no valor de R$ 270.896,43, no orçamento da secretaria municipal de Educação. Os Edis aprovaram os dois projetos por unanimidade.
