Parlamentares aprovam por unanimidade financiamento de R$ 3,5 milhões

A Câmara de Vereadores de Itapiranga aprovou por unanimidade, projeto que autoriza o Poder Executivo a contrair empréstimo de até R$ 3,5 milhões junto a Agência de Fomento do Estado de Santa Catarina (BADESC), por meio do Programa Badesc Cidades. A matéria foi a discussão e votação na sessão ordinária realizada na noite desta segunda-feira (19). Com o recurso proveniente de financiamento, a prefeitura pretende executar obras de pavimentação na cidade e no interior e o passeio público na rua São Francisco.

O projeto, considerado complexo e polêmico, recebeu uma emenda aditiva de autoria dos vereadores Alexandre Siqueira, Jair Imich, Gelson Petry, Ani Haas e Érico Giehl, estabelecendo o prazo máximo para o pagamento do empréstimo até a data de 31 de dezembro de 2020. Votaram contra a emenda os vereadores Fábio Hahn, Daniela Vogel, Aloisio Kessler, Vanderlei Anschau e Afonso Utzig. A emenda foi aprovada com o voto minerva do presidente, Afonso Niehues.

Na sessão, os vereadores também se manifestaram unânimes à aprovação do projeto que autoriza o Poder Executivo anuir a permuta de imóvel de propriedade da Associação Recreativa e Cultural Esporte Clube Flamengo de La. Laranjeira por imóvel de propriedade da Mitra Diocesana. A tramitação na Câmara visa atender uma exigência do Tabelionato de Notas e Protestos, para escrituração e transferência do imóvel citado, com a anuência do Município. Com esta medida, a associação poderá se beneficiar do recurso que será repassado ao clubes e entidades, por parte do município.
