Parlamentares apresentam moção de apelo e pedido de providências

Foi aprovada por unanimidade a moção de apelo apreciada pelos vereadores de Itapiranga na última sessão ordinária do Poder Legislativo municipal, que aconteceu na segunda-feira (15). A proposição discutida em plenário é de autoria do vereador, Jair Imich, tendo como signatários os parlamentares Afonso Niehues, Alexandre Siqueira, Fábio Hahn, Ani Haas, Marino Spies, Daniela Vogel, Érico Giehl, Gelson Petry, Afonso Utzig e Vanderlei Anschau.

Na moção, os vereadores solicitam envio de ofício ao presidente da Câmara dos Deputados, Rodrigo Maia e ao deputado federal, delegado Marcelo Freitas, relator na Comissão de Constituição e Justiça e de Cidadania, que analisa a Proposta de Emenda à Constituição Federal nº 06/2019, que modifica o Sistema da Previdência Social, apelando para que sejam tomadas as devidas providências no sentido de rejeitar a proposta original no que se refere às mudanças na forma de contribuição e aposentadoria dos trabalhadores rurais.

PEDIDO DE PROVIDÊNCIAS

Na reunião desta semana também tramitaram dois pedidos de providências. O vereador, Alexandre Siqueira, requer que o Poder Executivo municipal indique as secretarias de Transportes e Obras, Agricultura e aos setores de Urbanismo e Água, que quando da necessidade de manutenção ou recuperação dos mais diversos serviços em vias públicas, tanto na urbana quanto rural, que se faça o uso de placas de advertência indicando que aquele local está em obras, permanecendo no local até a conclusão dos serviços. A vereadora, Ani Haas, solicita encaminhamento de ofício à Diretoria Regional dos Correios de São Miguel do Oeste, para que se estude a viabilidade para inserir a rua Rudi Haas, na La. Chácara, na rota de entrega dos correios, agência de Itapiranga.
