Projeto Refis facilita quitações de dividas ativas

Na Sessão ordinária de segunda-feira, 29, importante projeto foi posto em discussão e seguida votação. Já com pareceres das comissões, o Projeto de Lei Complementar Nº 72, que institui o Programa de Recuperação Fiscal – REFIS/2018, teve votação totalmente favorável dos legisladores.

O projeto é destinado a promover a regularização de créditos tributários e não tributários do Município de Itapiranga, inscritos em dívida ativa, ajuizados ou a ajuizar, parcelados administrativamente ou judicialmente ou a parcelar na qual o vencimento original tenha ocorrido até o dia 31 de dezembro de 2017, e que ainda assiste com a concessão de benefícios, visando o recebimento de créditos tributários vencidos, no período desde 2001 até a data acima citada.

De forma geral, a ideia é possibilitar aos contribuintes que possuam débito com o município, que possam aderir a esse programa de modo a regularizarem as respectivas situações, por meio de incentivos ficais, dentre os quais se destaca o parcelamento dos débitos em até 30 vezes e redução das multas e juros.

Essa medida visa ampliar os mecanismos de cobrança da dívida ativa, alcançando maior arrecadação dos débitos inscritos. Segundo consta no projeto, seriam mais de R$ 1.380.000,00 atrasados, mas que através do programa facilitador, traz a dívida ao valor de pouco mais de R$ 580.000,00 que a municipalidade terá a receber.
