Na segunda-feira, 20 de novembro de 2017, foi realizada a 40ª Sessão Ordinária do 1º Período da 16ª Legislatura. Com a presença de dez vereadores, o presidente Afonso Utzig empossou a vereadora suplente Loni Heckler, que assumiu a vaga do vereador Gelson Petry pelo período de 30 dias.

Expediente do dia

Três projetos deram entrada na Casa Legislativa e três pedidos foram apresentados.

Projeto de Lei Complementar nº 63, que cria empregos públicos de Auxiliar de Saúde Bucal e Agente Comunitário de Endemias.

Projeto de Lei Complementar nº 64, que institui o Fundo Municipal do Meio Ambiente e Reconstituição dos Bens Lesados e estabelece outras providências.

E o Projeto de Lei nº 65, que autoriza confeccionar e doar quinhentos exemplares do livro “Wetter Ist Leben” Dados Climáticos do Oeste Catarinense - 82 Anos.

Pedidos de Providências: O vereador Alexandre Siqueira solicita que seja executado serviços de melhorias no acesso da propriedade do Sr. Alvair Morais na Linha Presidente Becker, este tem sua propriedade nas margens na estrada que liga a comunidade vizinha de Linha São Ludgero. O vereador Vanderlei Anschau solicita o término das melhorias na estrada que dá acesso à Vidraçaria Friedrich, na Linha Laranjeira. E o vereador Erico Giehl solicita que sejam colocadas algumas lixeiras em lugares próximos às residências construídas no Loteamento São Cristóvão em Linha Santa Fé Alta.

Tribuna Livre

Nelson Klein, Secretário Municipal de Educação, usou o espaço da tribuna livre e falou sobre o Plano Municipal de Educação.

De acordo com o presidente Afonso Utzig, os projetos ficaram na mesa para serem votados nas próximas Sessões.

Palavra Livre

Os vereadores Erico Giehl, Alexandre Siqueira, Jair Imich, Vanderlei Anschau, Fábio Hahn e Afonso Niehues falaram sobre assuntos diversos.

Não havendo mais nada a ser discutido, o presidente Afonso Utzig convocou os vereadores para a próxima Sessão Ordinária que será realizada na segunda-feira, 27 de novembro, às 19 horas no auditório da Câmara Municipal de Vereadores.
