Na segunda-feira, 03 de julho de 2017, com a presença de sete vereadores e ausência justificada de quatro vereadores, foi realizada a 22ª Sessão Ordinária do 1º Período da 16ª Legislatura. Os vereadores Afonso Niehues, Alexandre Siqueira, Jair Imich e Vanderlei Anschau foram licenciados e estiveram participando de audiência pública em São Miguel do Oeste, para tratar sobre as condições das BR´s 282 e 163.

Expediente do dia

Foi apresentado um requerimento do vereador Fábio Hahn, em que requer licença para afastamento dos trabalhos legislativos, pelo prazo de 30 (trinta dias), a contar a partir do dia 17 de julho a 15 de agosto de 2017, para tratar de assuntos de interesse particular.

A vereadora Ani Haas apresentou três pedidos de providências. A vereadora requer que seja encaminhado ofício a Agência de Desenvolvimento Regional, solicitando a colocação de um trevo para entrada no Loteamento Morada Feliz, nos moldes do trevo que dá acesso a Mabella em Linha Santa Fé Alta, na SC 163. Também requer que seja encaminhado ofício ao Poder Executivo Municipal, solicitando a troca da iluminação pública com a colocação de novas lâmpadas na estrada geral da Linha Chácara, nas proximidades da propriedade de Alexandre Meurer. E solicita a colocação de lâmpadas nos postes de luz, nas proximidades da propriedade de Nelson Spies, ao lado da Frentz Móveis.

De acordo com o presidente Afonso Utzig, o Projeto de Lei nº 29, que ratifica as alterações realizadas no Protocolo de Intenções, consubstanciado no Contrato de Consórcio Público do Consórcio de Informática na Gestão Pública Municipal (CIGA), permanece na Mesa para ser analisado.

Palavra Livre

Inscritos para fazer uso da palavra livre os vereadores Gelson Petry e Fábio Hahn. O vereador Gelson fez agradecimentos a Secretaria de Urbanismo e também parabenizou a Secretaria de Transportes pelos trabalhos realizados no Município. Por fim, reforçou o pedido por abrigos de passageiros para os bairros.

O vereador Fábio falou que está sendo trabalhado internamente a forma que será feito os abrigos. O vereador ressaltou a importância dos colegas vereadores participarem da audiência pública em São Miguel do Oeste. Finalizou falando sobre viagem a Florianópolis e os trabalhos que foram realizados lá, em prol do município de Itapiranga.

Não havendo mais nada a ser discutido o presidente Afonso Utzig convocou os vereadores para a próxima Sessão Ordinária que será realizada na segunda-feira, 10 de julho, às 19 horas no auditório da Câmara Municipal de Vereadores.
