Intoxicação por agrotóxicos é tema de capacitação na saúde

A Secretaria Municipal de Saúde realizou na tarde de quinta-feira, 6, nas dependências da Câmara de Vereadores, nova capacitação para profissionais e servidores do setor. A abordagem contou ainda com a participação de agentes comunitários de saúde, vigilância sanitária e agricultura.

Palestrou a enfermeira Adriane Karal, que atua há quase sete anos no município, e realiza pesquisa envolvendo intoxicações com agrotóxicos. Conforme a profissional, a pesquisa está vinculada ao programa de mestrado profissional em enfermagem na APS – Atenção Primária à Saúde, da Universidade do Estado de SC – Udesc.

Segundo Adriane, o objetivo do encontro foi capacitar equipes da atenção primária à saúde do município sobre o entendimento ao paciente intoxicado com agrotóxico. A profissional apresentou um fluxograma para qualificar o processo de atendimento das equipes de saúde.

Ressalta que foi realizado, juntamente com a Vigilância Sanitária do município, levantamento sobre principais agrotóxicos comercializados pelas empresas autorizadas em Itapiranga e essas informações constituíram painéis que serão disponibilizados nas unidades de saúde. Será elaborado um folder com orientações para população, sobre essa temática.

O tema da palestra foi: Fluxograma de Atendimento Multiprofissional para os casos de intoxicação aguda por agrotóxicos na APS de Itapiranga.
