Emendas e Projetos são aprovados em Sessão Extraordinária
Na quinta-feira, 27, devido a matéria acumulada, ocorreu Sessão Extraordinária, sendo a única para o presente ano.
Posto em discussão e votação, Projetos de Lei: no 67/2018 e emenda modificativa; no 68/2018 e emenda modificativa; no 76/2018 e emendas modificativas e emenda supressiva e; no 93/2018.
Após pareceres favoráveis das Comissões e deliberação na Plenária, iniciou-se as votações pela emenda modificativa ao Projeto de Lei 67/2018 que foi aprovada, por maioria simples. Na sequência, o Projeto de Lei no 67/2018 foi aprovado por unanimidade. Já a emenda modificativa ao Projeto de Lei no 68/2018 foi aprovada, por maioria simples. O Projeto de Lei no 68/2018 foi aprovado por unanimidade. Durante a discussão das emendas do projeto no 76/2018 os Vereadores proponentes retiraram a emenda supressiva e a emenda modificativa protocolada na data de 22 de novembro de 2018. A emenda modificativa ao Projeto de Lei no 76/2018, foi aprovada por maioria simples, mesma votação da emenda modificativa encaminhada na data de 10 de dezembro. O Projeto de Lei no 76/208 foi aprovado por maioria unanimidade. O projeto de Lei no 93/2018 foi aprovado por maioria simples. Dando sequência se apreciou a ata da Sessão Extraordinária no 01/2018, a qual foi aprovada por unanimidade.
