Câmara aprova projeto para manutenção da rodovia SC 283, estrada Beira Rio

A Câmara Municipal de Vereadores de Itapiranga realizou na noite desta segunda-feira (22), a 12ª sessão ordinária da 16ª legislatura. Ao iniciar os trabalhos, foi respeitado um minuto de silêncio pelo falecimento de Salete Marlene Back Niehues, esposa do presidente do legislativo, Afonso Niehues, na quarta-feira (17), em acidente de trânsito na SC-163. Em virtude do curso da licença do presidente, a sessão foi presidida pelo vice-presidente da Câmara, Alexandre Siqueira. Três projetos foram colocados em votação.

Dentre as matérias apreciadas e aprovadas por unanimidade pelos parlamentares, está o projeto de Lei encaminhado à Casa Legislativa, que autoriza a Prefeitura de Itapiranga a efetuar despesas com a manutenção da rodovia SC 283, estrada Beira Rio, na cidade de Itapiranga até a divisa com o município de Mondaí, numa extensão de 24 km, mediante assinatura de Termo de Acordo de Cooperação com a Secretaria de Estado da Infraestrutura, com vigência prevista até 31 de dezembro de 2019.

Também foi a votação, projeto de Lei que autoriza o Município de Itapiranga, pagar despesas precatórios trabalhistas em favor do Consórcio Intermunicipal de Segurança Alimentar, Atenção e Sanidade Agropecuária e Desenvolvimento Local (CONSAD) no valor de R$ 9.858,81, decorrente de ações judiciais trabalhistas de funcionários do CONSAD deferidas pela Justiça. Ainda, projeto que autoriza abertura de crédito adicional suplementar no orçamento da secretaria municipal de Educação no valor de R$ 352.552,00, recursos provenientes do Fundo Nacional da Educação (FNDE) para aplicação na construção da Escola em La. Santa Fé Alta.
